Cable Turtleneck is a Vermont Fiber Pattern. From the Designer:When I was a child, my mother had a gorgeous yellow sweater which I just loved. My design, which first appeared in Cast On magazine’s Fall, 2003 issue, is based on what I remember of her sweater.
