DovK2.43 | City Cardigan | Dovetail Design Knitting & Crochet Patterns. This top-down cropped cardigan, with a deep hem and flattering shape, closes with 3 buttons. It has a matching button and buttonhole on the ribbed cuffs. The Lazy Seed Stitch pattern gives the fabric a subtle texture, and short rows at the top of the sleeve add a tailored shape to the shoulders (sleeves are knit in the round down to the cuff). Without the short rows this pattern is easy. The raised rib used in the long collar and deep hem is created by working into the back of each rib stitch.
