Malabrigo Silkpaca 52 Paris Night

Paris Night is colour 052 of Malabrigo Silkpaca.

Silkpaca is Malabrigo's laceweight: baby alpaca blended with silk and plied for strength. It has a soft halo and a lovely drape, and works both at lace gauge and held double or worked loosely for airy shawls.

• Needles: US 3–8 (3.25–5 mm), depending on the fabric you want
• Care: Hand wash cold; lay flat to dry

Good for: lace shawls, scarves, wraps and airy garments.

Every skein is hand-dyed, so colour shifts a little from skein to skein and lot to lot. Buy enough for the whole project, and on larger pieces alternate two skeins every few rows.
