Malabrigo Ultimate Sock 150 Azul Profundo

Azul Profundo (Spanish for "deep blue") is colour 150 of Malabrigo Ultimate Sock.

Ultimate Sock is Malabrigo's sock yarn built for wear: superwash merino blended with 25% nylon and plied four ways, so socks keep their softness and hold up at the heels and toes.

• Fiber: 75% superwash merino wool, 25% nylon
• Weight: Fingering (1)
• Skein: 420 yds (384 m) / 100 g
• Needles: US 1–3 (2.25–3.25 mm)
• Gauge: 28 sts = 4" (10 cm) in stockinette
• Care: Machine wash gentle, cold; lay flat to dry; do not tumble dry

Good for: socks, gloves, shawls and lightweight garments.

Every skein is hand-dyed, so colour shifts a little from skein to skein and lot to lot. Buy enough for the whole project, and on larger pieces alternate two skeins every few rows.
