Salsa is colour 109 of Louisa Harding Amitola.

Amitola blends wool with silk in long, gradual colour changes, so stripes form slowly as you knit. The silk adds a soft lustre and the generous yardage goes a long way.

• Fiber: 80% wool, 20% silk
• Weight: DK (3)
• Ball: 273 yds (250 m) / 50 g
• Needles: US 5–6 (3.75–4 mm)
• Gauge: 22–24 sts = 4" (10 cm)
• Care: Machine washable; dry flat

Good for: shawls, scarves, wraps and striped sweaters.
