Baby Basics (CH36) is a Fiber Trends set of booties and hats for babies, designed by Evelyn A. Clark in DK yarn. The pieces knit up fast, which makes them handy as gifts.

One hat has a lacy cuff with a ribbed band tucked inside to hold it snugly in place. Either hat can be finished with a small knitted button on top.
