Garter & Rib Cardigan 183 Vermont Fiber Pattern

Garter & Rib Cardigan (#183) is a Vermont Fiber Designs pattern for women. A band of garter stitch at the hem is gently shaped so the body doesn't cling, and the sleeves flare a little at the cuff.

You knit the body as a single piece up to the underarms, then pick up the sleeves and work them downwards, using short rows for the cap if you like. Sleeves can be three-quarter or full length.
