Kathy's Socks Pattern by Mountain Colors

Kathy's Socks (Mountain Colors) is a cabled sock knitting pattern by Kathryn Engel for women's socks with a densely cabled cuff and instep, the cables set so close that the fabric looks almost woven. Larger needles are used for the cables and smaller ones for the heel and sole, for a comfortable, well-shaped fit. One skein of Mountain Colors hand-painted yarn makes a pair.
