Scoop Neck Sweater is a textured cardigan-style sweater knitting pattern from Spincraft Patterns (Pattern #19-Sw), designed by Connie Delaney.

The textured stitch pattern is made from combinations of knit and purl stitches, and it makes a soft, cozy, squeezable fabric. The sweater is knit from the bottom up in one piece. The sleeves are picked up and knit down to the cuff, and the scoop collar and button band are picked up and added as a finish. It's written to be worked in a yarn somewhere between sport weight and worsted weight; a finer yarn makes it especially nice. Like all Spincraft designs, it's written as a method rather than a fixed size: you measure your hip (plus 10% for ease) and your gauge, then work through simple calculations, so it can be made in any size.
