Yankee Knitter Designs #35 Pine Tree Hat

Pine Tree Hat is a basic beanie knitting pattern from Yankee Knitter Designs (#35) by Melinda Goodfellow, with a simple charted band of pine trees.

It's knit on circular needles, with instructions for both worsted and bulky yarn, and finished with a pompom. A good way to use up odds and ends.
