Adult's Aran Sweaters is a simplified Aran knitting pattern from Yankee Knitter Designs (#20) by Melinda Goodfellow, in pullover and cardigan versions.

All the pattern stitches fall on the same rows, so it's easy to keep track. It's knit in pieces and sewn together. The designer advises against heavy blocking, which can flatten the cables.
